The general terms and conditions of the website have been compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce on the Market Act (ZEPT) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
These terms and conditions describe the rules and regulations for using the Hidro Mat website. The General Terms and Conditions describe the operation of the website, user rights, and the business relationship between the provider and the user.
By accessing, submitting an application for a job, or contacting via the contact form, we assume that you agree with the general terms and conditions of the Hidro Mat website. Do not continue to use the Hidro Mat website unless you accept all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Terms of registration on the website
Job application form
The online job application on the hidromat.si website saves user data and all necessary attachments in our database. Data protection is described below under a separate section.
When reviewing advertised jobs, the user selects the desired one and continues the process by selecting the “Apply now” option. The application form is shown, in which the user enters the necessary personal data and attaches his CV. The user can change the previously selected job in the Job Application section, and in the end, the user needs to write a Cover Letter. The whole process is completed by sending the application form.
Upon completion of the job application process, the user receives an email from Hidro Mat on the successful submission of the application and contact details of the company.
Before contacting the user, the company Hidro Mat reviews the application form and informs the user about a possible interview, or further cooperation.

Contact form
Just as personal data is stored when applying for a job on the hidromat.si website, it is also stored in our database when filling out and sending the company contact form. Data protection is described below under a separate section.
If you wish to contact the company via the contact form, you can fill in the form on the website, which is available on the Contact subpage. A form is displayed in which the user enters necessary personal data and a message.
After filling in all the input fields, the user sends the message by selecting “Send”. After completing the process of sending a message to Hidro Mat, the user will receive a response from the company as soon as possible via e-mail or telephone number.
Protection of personal data
By sending any entry form on the hidromat.si website, you agree that we store your personal data and use them exclusively for information purposes (sending information material, updating jobs, notification of news), and other necessary communication.
Hidro Mat d.o.o. undertakes to handle all acquired personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (adequate protection against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation, and unauthorized access or discovery by third parties). Despite the appropriate technical and organizational procedures to secure the data we collect, Hidro Mat d.o.o. cannot rule out possible misuse of data, as the Internet is an unpredictable medium despite security measures and secure communication protocols.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the secure and appropriate original equipment of his computer, which is updated and antivirus protected.
For the needs of the Legal notice and disclaimer of Hidro Mat d.o.o. collects the following user data: name and surname, age, education, citizenship, e-mail address, contact telephone number, and other data that users enter in the forms on the website hidromat.si. Hidro Mat is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by users.
